He grew up in Robertson and
attended the University of Stellenbosch where he obtained
his BCom and LLB degrees. He also obtained a Diploma
in Tax Practice. Albert practices at our Tyger Valley
branch in mainly property, commercial, estates and estate
planning areas. Albert is a past chairperson of the
firm.

Esje De Wet: BMus., LLB
Esje grew up in Cape Town and matriculated
at Jan Van Riebeeck High School. She obtained a BMus.
degree at the University of Cape Town and a LLB degree
at the University of Stellenbosch. She was admitted as
an attorney during 1997 and as a conveyancer during 1999.
She specializes in conveyancing and collections and also
manages a collections call centre from our Cape Town branch.

Francois Burger: BA,
LLB., Dip Tax Prac., Dip Est
Francois grew up in South West
Africa (Namibia). He obtained his BA and LLB degrees
at Stellenbosch University. He also has diplomas in
Estate Practice and in Tax Practice. Francois was admitted
as an attorney and conveyancer during the early 1980’s.
He specializes in litigation and collections and attends
to tax problems from time to time. He practices at our
Tyger Valley branch.

Peter Truter: BA LLB
Dip Est, Dip Ests/Wills, Dip in Banking Law (UCT).
Peter was born in Victoria West
and matriculated at Gill College, Somerset East. He
obtained his degrees at Stellenbosch University and
resided at the Simonsberg men’s residence. He
was admitted as an attorney and notary in January 1999
and as a conveyancer in October 2004. Peter specialises
in conveyancing, civil litigation and collections and
practices at our Tyger Valley branch.

Tobie De Wet: B Com, LLB
Tobie grew up in Cape Town and
matriculated at Paarl Boy’s High. He obtained
the degrees B.Com & LLB at Stellenbosch University.
He was admitted as an attorney during 1981. Tobie specializes
in commercial and insolvency litigation and practises
at the Cape Town branch.
