Carlo Loubser: BA, LLB
Carlo Loubser grew up in George
and studied at the University of Stellenbosch, where
he obtained his BA and LLB degrees. He acted as prosecutor
in the Cape High Court before joining the practice in
1968 as a candidate attorney. He was admitted as partner
during 1972. He concentrates in his practice on labour
law, mediation, pharmacy laws and drafts notarial documents
and commercial contracts.
Carlo has been serving the community
over the years in a variety of capacities and is one
of a handful of non-pharmacists who has been made an
honorary Fellow of the Pharmaceutical Society in recognition
of his contribution to pharmacy in South Africa.
